U.S. cable company providing 22 million consumers with video, high-speed Internet access and local and long distance voice services

Through acquisition this company was acquiring an additional 3million customers, which would have a major impact on several of their geographic divisions. In the most highly impacted divisions, decisions needed to made on:

  • Which business units should take on various parts of the acquired company?
  • To what extent did this distribution of customers impact the existing organization model?

Conduct detailed analysis of cost structures, and help senior team reach consensus on:
