Coming with a strategy development background, and having worked in many industries, we are uniquely qualified to advise ‘C’ level executives on processes for resolving decisions and aligning their team. We identify the implementation challenges the company is likely to face, and develop change plans. We work side-by-side advising the executive while the plan is being implemented to ensure success. Our role adds value is in two additional ways: the CEO is benefitting from our many years of experience designing and implementing change, and the CEO will be able to address needs on an exception basis and devote more time to board management, industry relations, and other strategic issues knowing that we are honchoing the implementation effort.
